Hi, I'm Mindi!
Wife, mom of four, and bridal shop owner who’s built a business and a life with purpose.
If you’re running a bridal shop and feel like no one really gets what it’s like behind the scenes… I do.
I’ve been in this industry for years growing a team, navigating change, building systems that work, and learning what actually moves the needle when it comes to profit, leadership, and freedom. And now I get to help other bridal shop owners just like you do the same.
I’m not here to hype up a theory.
Everything I teach is tested inside my own store, Something New, one of the largest bridal shops in the country.
Here’s a little about me:
- I own and operate a 10,000 sq ft showroom with bridal, tux, prom, and moms
- We do multi-7 figures in annual sales with a team of 25+
- I host The Something New Show, where we talk life, leadership, business, and faith
- I started The Something New Foundation to give back through every sale
- And I lead Something New Resources, a coaching platform for bridal shop owners who want to grow with clarity and purpose
And when I’m not coaching or running the store, I’m usually at a ball field, chasing a dog, or adventuring with my husband of 18 years.
